Resetting a password

1. On your school’s sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email you sign in with.
3. Open the email we send and follow the link. It works once and expires after two hours.
4. Choose a new password of at least 12 characters.

The email didn’t come

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure it’s the email address the school has for you. Ask the office if you’re not sure.
• If your school uses Google sign-in, try Sign in with Google instead.

School staff can’t see your password, and we will never ask for it.
