Bell schedules and timetables

AdministratorsOffice staffTeachersParents and guardiansStudents

Set the bells once, place classes on them, and everyone gets a schedule.

Administrators open School setup → School schedule.

  1. Choose the kind of week: the same periods every day, a Monday–Friday timetable, or rotating days (A/B, up to six named days).
  2. Add the bells: periods with start and end times, plus breaks such as lunch.
  3. Say when each class meets. Clashes for a teacher or room are pointed out.

Teachers, students and parents then see Schedule: today in order, with now and next, and the whole week. It prints cleanly.

Rotating days skip weekends and holidays tagged on the calendar, so the next school day continues the rotation.
