Giving a student their own sign-in

Let students see their own classes, assignments and grades.
On the student’s page, the Sign-in card shows whether they have one.
- Give a sign-in with the student’s own email. If they already registered with that email, that account is connected; otherwise they get an invitation.
- Remove sign-in switches that account off without touching their records.
A student can’t use a parent’s email, and withdrawn students’ sign-ins are switched off automatically.
