School Portal is one place for everything a small or mid-sized private school runs on: students and families, classes and schedules, attendance, grades and report cards, messages, events, enrollment and tuition.

Who uses it

• Administrators set the school up and control who can do what.
• Office staff run the day: approvals, arrivals, attendance, students, billing and enrollment.
• Teachers take attendance, keep the gradebook, post assignments and message families.
• Parents and guardians see their children’s attendance, work, grades and balance, and hear from the school.
• Students (optional) see their own classes, assignments and grades.

Everyone sees only what is theirs

A parent only ever sees the children they are linked to, and only after the office confirms that link. Teachers see the students in their classes. Every sensitive change is recorded in an audit log.

Your school, your look

The portal carries your school’s name, logo and colors. “Powered by School Portal from J4M5 Digital” appears quietly at the foot of each page.
