Activities: field trips, events and registration

For families

Activities lists what each child can register for. Register one child at a time: answer the questions, sign the permission slip by typing your name, then pay if there’s a price. Each child shows whether they’re registered, holding a place, or on the waitlist.

For staff

• The office creates activities for the school, a grade or a class, and can set a price. Teachers can create free activities for their classes.
• Set capacity (with a waitlist), up to 12 questions, and whether families can pay later.
• The roster shows registrations, payments, signed slips and answers, and prints or downloads.

A held place lasts 48 hours. If it isn’t paid, it goes to the next family on the waitlist.
