Billing: charges, tuition and fees

Open Records & money → Billing.

• Create a charge for a family: tuition, a fee, a trip. Families are alerted and see it under Payments.
• Record a payment made by cash or check.
• Refund a card payment from the charge.

Home shows the office overdue charges waiting. Activities and enrollment fees create their charges automatically.
